We stand behind every product we sell. It is that simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will be happy to provide you with a return authorization number. If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect or Columbia Omnicorp's mistake, we will pay for the return shipment.

RETURN POLICY
Returns, other than defective product, must be unopened, in original shrink-wrap packaging (if applicable) and in perfect resalable condition.
Pantone library of color products such as specifiers, formula guides, color selectors, etc. may only be returned if shrink-wrapped and in original packaging. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging, un-opened, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
Pantone products may be returned, with RMA, for a refund, at customer's shipping expense, minus a 15% restocking fee. Return or exchange of freight damaged goods will be handled on a case by case basis.
Software may only be returned if defective and for an exact replacement only
Special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for any refund.
Software products cannot be returned for any reason and will only be replaced with the same title and version if found to be defective.
We ask that you understand the following terms and conditions:

Only items authorized for return and listed on the return authorization will be exchanged

Restocking Fee
All discretionary returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Before returning any item, you must call our Customer Service Department at 888-642-8213 within (14) days of your invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA's are valid for (14) days from date of issuance.
The RMA number must appear clearly on your return packing label and outer shipping box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs of all discretionary returns. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. We will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code, seal or labels have been removed from the packaging.

Privacy Statement
Overview
In the interest of being responsive to our customers' needs, Columbia Omnicorp keeps a list of current and prospective customer names and mailing addresses for the mailing of our catalogs. We also have a list of email addresses that we use to keep in touch with shoppers of our online store. We respect our customers' wishes and will remove any name upon request.
How we acquire customer info
We collect customer information from orders placed through our online web site and from orders phoned in to us for mail orders. Our acquisition of email addresses is completely limited to customers who volunteer their email addresses specifically to us, and to visitors to our site who opt-in to our email list.
What we do with this information
We send our catalog out to the people on our list, as well as occasional other special mailings such as announcements of sales, and events coming to our NYC headquarters store. We also use our email list to keep our customers informed of online sales specials.

No one. Columbia Omnicorp does not sell, trade or otherwise distribute customer information to anyone.
How to remove your name from our list

Manufacturer's Warranties & Technical Support
All Pantone products are covered by manufacturers warranty exclusively.
All products are sold with the full manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. All technical support for the products sold by us is provided by the respective manufacturers. If you are not satisfied with the quality and/or timeliness of the support you receive, please contact us and we will escalate the matter with that manufacturer.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed or sold at an incorrect price due to typographical or quoting error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Columbia Omnicorp shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed or sold at the incorrect price. Columbia Omnicorp shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Columbia Omnicorp shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Pictures of products may not always reflect the item description. Although this is not common it may happen from time to time. In which case please use the product description as a guide to the product and the price listed.

Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.

Although ALL orders generate an automatic order confirmation and response email, Columbia Omnicorp may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response email but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors.
